Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation of orders:

Users who have placed an order for laundry services through the Drooger platform have the right to cancel their order, subject to the following terms:

  • Cancellation timeframe: Orders can be cancelled up to 2 Hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation process:To cancel an order, users must log into their Drooger account and navigate to the order history. From there, they can initiate the cancellation process by contacting the support.

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed according to the following guidelines:


  • Full Refund: If a cancellation is requested within the stipulated cancellation timeframe, users may be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made beyond the cancellation timeframe may be subject to a deduction of a cancellation fee from the refund amount. The cancellation fee will be according to merchant's policies.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the order placement.

Service related refunds

In the event that a laundry service listed on the Drooger platform fails to meet the promised quality or fails to provide the service, users may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:


  • Users must report the issue within 24 Hours of the service completion.
  • Drooger will conduct an investigation to verify the validity of the claim. If the claim is found to be valid, a refund may be issued.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Policies at any time. Your continued use of the services following any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
