Drooger is a marketplace for laundries. Drooger lets you toggle between top rated laundry services in your area. We provide end-to-end logistics for seamless pickup & delivery for your clothes.

Q: Is Drooger a Laundromat/Laundry?

No, Drooger itself is not a Laundromat or Laundry service provider. We are a platform where you can find top nearby laundry services and laundromats.

Q: What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellation before pickup: Customers can cancel their laundry order at any time before the pickup. However, the cancellation should be done at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. If the cancellation is done after this time, a cancellation fee may be charged.


Once the laundry has been picked up by the participating laundry, it cannot be cancelled.Customers can contact the customer support team to request a reschedule or any other changes in the order.

Q: Will drooger be accountable for quality/quantity?

Drooger is a laundry marketplace that connects customers with the top-rated laundries in their area. We strive to ensure that all participating laundries meet our quality standards and provide high-quality laundry services to our customers. However, Drooger is not directly responsible for the quality or quantity of the laundry services provided by the participating laundries.

We work closely with our participating laundries to ensure that they maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service. All laundries are required to meet our rigorous standards for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism. We also encourage customers to provide feedback on their laundry experience, which helps us to improve the quality of service provided by our participating laundries.

Q: How long does it takes for my clean clothes to get delivered?

After your laundry items have been processed, we will deliver them back to your doorstep at the earliest possible time. The delivery time may depend on your location and the delivery options you have chosen during the checkout process.

However, please note that the delivery time may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or any other unavoidable events. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and deliver your clean clothes as soon as possible.

Q. How can I delete my Drooger Account?
