No, Drooger itself is not a Laundromat or Laundry service provider. We are a platform where you can find top nearby laundry services and laundromats.
Q: What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellation before pickup: Customers can cancel their laundry order at any time before the pickup. However, the cancellation should be done at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. If the cancellation is done after this time, a cancellation fee may be charged.
Once the laundry has been picked up by the participating laundry, it cannot be cancelled.Customers
can contact the customer support team to request a reschedule or any other changes in the order.
Q: Will drooger be accountable for quality/quantity?

However, please note that the delivery time may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or any other unavoidable events. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and deliver your clean clothes as soon as possible.
