- Pickup: When you place an order for laundry services through Drooger, you can schedule a pickup time that suits you. Our team will arrive at the specified location to collect your laundry items.
- Transportation: Once collected, your laundry will be safely transported to the chosen laundry service provider.
- Cleaning Process: : The laundry service provider will clean your items based on the selected service. You will be able to track the status of your order in the Drooger App.
- Cleaning Process: : After cleaning, your freshly laundered items will be delivered back to you. You will receive a notification with the expected delivery time.
Pickup and Delivery Timeframes
We understand the value of your time and offer flexible pickup and delivery options:
- You can schedule a pickup time that aligns with your availability.
- Delivery times depends upon the Laundry that customer is choosing. For Express Laundries Minimum Delivery time is within 2hour(s) and maximum of 48 hour(s) after the successful cleaning of Laundries. Applicable only when the laundry accepts your order for the given timeframe.
- Estimated delivery times will be communicated to you after the cleaning process is completed. While we strive to meet these estimates, occasional delays might occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Communication and Tracking
We aim to keep you informed throughout the process:
- You will receive notifications confirming the scheduled pickup time and providing updates on your laundry's status.
- For added convenience, you can track your laundry's journey through our platform.
